Keep Fit
We carry on a tradition started by the lovely local Susannah Tapsell. We all know that growing older is not for sissies. And we know the best thing we can do is to keep moving. Keep Fit is basically a 25 minute gentle but thorough stretching warm up followed by 12 minutes of chair yoga and 15 minutes of low impact, light cardio all set to popular music. It still gives you a good workout but is ideal for people recovering from a light injury or those getting less able due to age. We do recommend that you always follow your doctor or therapists advice and only join in the exercises that suit your body. We end with a tea and chat as we cool down. So it’s very sociable…
